FORGE is leadership-led and lean by design. Donor dollars fund the four areas of preparation that selection boards, scholarship committees, and admissions officers evaluate:

  • Academic coaching — coursework planning, test preparation, reference letter strategy
  • Leadership placement — Summer Leadership Experience, Boys & Girls State, paging programs
  • Fitness preparation — Candidate Fitness Assessment training, quarterly benchmarks
  • Application & nomination coaching — congressional interview prep, essay coaching, scholarship packages

FORGE is lean by design. Donor dollars go directly to student preparation — coursework planning, fitness coaching, leadership placement, and application work — and to the experienced coaches who deliver it.

Corporate sponsorship

FORGE partners with Oklahoma businesses that want to invest directly in the next generation of leaders. Corporate sponsorships fund cohorts of students and include partnership recognition, event invitations, and direct briefings from FORGE leadership.
