For Oklahoma schools

Partner with FORGE for your top students.

FORGE works directly with Oklahoma high schools, counselors, and district leaders to identify and prepare the students most likely to compete for service academy appointments and four-year ROTC scholarships.

What partnership looks like

A direct pipeline for your highest-potential students.

FORGE is not a substitute for high school counseling, JROTC, or college and career programming. It is a dedicated, leadership-led preparation pathway that picks up where school programming leaves off — for the specific student profile that needs more.

How it works for schools.

  • Referrals from counselors and coaches. Counselors flag rising sophomores and juniors who fit the FORGE profile — academic capability, athletic engagement, leadership posture, interest in service.
  • FORGE handles the rest. The application, the family conversation, the preparation plan, and the three-year coaching commitment are all run by FORGE.
  • Coordinated with the school. Coursework planning is built around your school's offerings — AP, concurrent enrollment, dual credit. Athletic preparation is coordinated with the student's high school coach.
  • Outcomes that reflect on the school. Service academy appointments and four-year ROTC scholarships are wins for the student, the family, and the district.

What FORGE asks of schools.

  • Refer the students you believe in.
  • Support the student's preparation schedule (FORGE does not pull students from school commitments).
  • Communicate with FORGE leadership when application season comes.
