No. FORGE is free for accepted students. The program is funded by individual donors and corporate sponsors.
FORGE students can also participate in JROTC but it’s not required. FORGE can supplement many various programs.
Every FORGE coach is personally vetted and led by the founders — professionals who have walked this path.
The baseline is at least two coaching sessions per month, with more as required depending on the student. Students also complete their own preparation work between sessions — academics, fitness, leadership commitments — and coaches remain available to guide students between sessions as needed.
Seniors are considered case by case. FORGE is designed as a three-year arc, but FORGE leadership will speak with senior families when the fit is right.
FORGE is based in Lawton, Oklahoma. All coaching sessions are virtual, and students from any state can participate.
