FORGE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to protecting the privacy and trust of every student, family, donor, and partner. The policies below describe how we handle information and how we operate.

Privacy policy

What we collect & how we use it.

FORGE collects only the information needed to run the program: student academic and athletic records relevant to preparation, family contact information, and (for donors) the information required to process and acknowledge gifts.

  • Student information is used only for FORGE preparation purposes and is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing.
  • Application information is reviewed personally by FORGE leadership and stored securely.
  • Donor information is used to process gifts, send acknowledgments, and communicate program updates. Donors may opt out of communications at any time.

Cookies.

This website uses only essential cookies required to run the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Nonprofit standards.

FORGE is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 41-2775478). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We operate under standard nonprofit governance and financial transparency practices, including annual IRS Form 990 filings.

Non-discrimination.

FORGE selects students through a merit-based application process and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, disability, or any other protected status. The program is open to qualified U.S. high school students nationwide.
